Funeral announcements for 2/28/23

A funeral service will be held for Russell E. Ashley, age 90 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 2nd at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1st at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday morning.  Interment will take place at Woodbury Cemetery in Lyle.

A funeral service will be held for Norman Doyle Johnson, age 77 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3rd at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2nd at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service Friday morning.  Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

A private graveside service will be held for John Harlow Whiting, age 94 of Blooming Prairie in April of 2023, at First Lutheran Cemetery in rural Blooming Prairie.  Military honors will follow the service at the Servicemen’s Club in Blooming Prairie.
