Funeral announcements for 12/3/21

A memorial service will be held for James Richard Ohman, age 81 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 4th at Cornerstone Church in Austin.  Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service Saturday morning.  Military honors will be performed by Austin Post #91 American Legion.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held for Harvey Dale Zicafoose, age 79 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 4th at Crane Community Chapel in Austin. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3rd at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday morning. Interment will take place at a later date in Jevnaker Lutheran Cemetery in Borup, Minnesota. 

 

A funeral service will be held for Melissa Joe Windschitl, age 40 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 7th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.  Interment will be in Lansing Cemetery in Lansing.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held for Elizabeth A. Helland, age 46 of Austin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10th at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin.  There will be visitation from noon until the time of the celebration at the Mayer Funeral Home on Friday.

 

A celebration of the life of Isabella “Bella” Victoria Ann Brandt, age 16 of Apple Valley will be held in the summer of 2022.  Donations can be made on Venmo to @Leslie-Lerud for Bella’s celebration of life.

 

A private family service will be held for Jean A. Branson, age 73 of Austin, who passed away on Sunday, November 21st at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Austin.   

 

A private service will be held for Obert Hartwik Whities, age 99 of Austin at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin.  Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin, with Austin Post #91 American Legion and Olaf B. Damm VFW Post #1216 in charge of military rites.

 

A private family service will be held at a late date for Mercedes (Merce) Audrey (Gwinn) Nordstrom, who passed away at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Austin on Saturday, November 20th.
