Funeral announcements for 12/24/19

Funeral services for Marlys Delone Kime, age 90 of Austin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 26th at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church Thursday afternoon. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

 

Funeral services for Thomas M. Paulson, age 80 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27th at 1st United Methodist Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 9:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the chuch on Friday. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

 

Funeral services for Diane M. Arett, age 70 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27th at Grace Lutheran Church in Austin.  Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Austin. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin, and will continue on Friday morning for one hour prior to the service at the church.

 

Funeral services for Thomas Dean Torgerson, age 70 of Austin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon prior to the service. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.  

 

Friends may call from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29th at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin for Richard Murphy, age 89 of Byron and formerly of Austin.  A rosary service will start at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. Per Richard’s request, a private family service will be held at a later date.

 

A memorial service for Robert R. Clark, age 75 of Austin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2nd at the 1st United Methodist Church in Austin.  Visitation will be at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin on Wednesday, January 1st from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and will continue at the church for one hour before the service on Thursday afternoon.

 

Linda Lucille Mount, age 72 of Brownsdale passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 15th at Mayo Clinic/St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.  Per Linda’s request, there will be no funeral service. A private committal of her cremains will take place in the Lanesboro Cemetery in Lanesboro, Iowa at a later date.  

 

A private service will be held for Lois H. Dillavou, age 99 of Austin and a former resident of Rose Creek who passed away Wednesday, December 18th at Primrose Retirement Community of Austin.
