Funeral announcements for 1/8/20

Funeral services for Dorothy Fay Bornfleth, age 99 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 9th at 1st United Methodist Church in Austin.  Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin. Visitation will be held Thursday morning one hour before the service at the church.   

 

A Memorial Service for Larry Lee Brenden, age 73 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 9th at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.  

 

A prayer service for Pamela Hillemeier, age 63 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10th at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin.  Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. before the service at the Mayer Funeral Home on Friday.

 

A Celebration of Life for Elsie Carol (Klein) Schamberger Forsythe, age 84 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Northfield, Minnesota.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Interment was held at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Green Meadow Township near Ada, Minnesota.

 

Funeral services for Ella Mae Briggs, age 89 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11th at 1st United Methodist Church in Austin.  Interment will follow at Rose Creek Enterprise Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin on Friday from 3:00-6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday morning for one hour before the service.

 

Memorial services for Warren Jacob Severtson, age 88 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11th at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Brownsdale.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Interment was held at Grandview Cemetery in Austin. Military rites will follow the service at the church.

 

A memorial service for Marian (Mary) Siegfreid, age 94 of Austin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11th at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

 

A memorial service for Richard E. Bauer, age 69 of Austin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, with visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.  A reception with light snacks and refreshments will follow at the American Legion Post #91 at 809 12th St. SW in Austin. Military rites will be performed by American Legion Post #91 and VFW Post #1216 both of Austin.
