Funeral announcements for 1/13/23

A funeral mass will be held for Kathleen Wigham, age 92 of Adams at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Adams.  There will be a 4:00 p.m. rosary on Friday, January 13th at the Adams Funeral Home, followed by visitation from 4:00-7:00 p.m., concluding with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.  Visitation will also take place at the Adams Funeral Home from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, and interment will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.

A memorial service will be held for Gaylord Oliver Tollefson, age 85 of Blooming Prairie at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14th at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, with interment in the Blooming Prairie City Cemetery.  

Funeral services will be held for Lois Beth Hesla, age 97 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14th at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.  Some of the family request that guests wear masks since vulnerable people will be present.

A funeral service will be held for Maynard Arnold Hodnefield, age 92 of Austin will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 14th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13th at the Worlein Funeral home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service on Saturday afternoon.  

A Funeral Mass for David Rosenthal, age 59, formerly of Austin will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 16th at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin.  Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 15th at the Mayer Funeral Home in Austin, and also for one hour prior to the mass at the church on Monday.  Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Oakland.

A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date for Donald “Don” Richard Fox, age 86 of Austin at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place at a later date,and interment will be held at a later date at Calvary Cemetery in Rochester.  In honor of Don’s love for the color red and the Austin Packers, his family invites you to wear red to his services.
