Funeral announcements for 1/11/23

A memorial service will be held for John “Jack” Wayne Bridley, age 55 of Myrtle at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13th at Oakland Lutheran Church in rural Oakland, MN.  Visitation will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.  Interment will be in the Oakland Lutheran Church Cemetery.  

 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Anita J. Williams, age 95, formerly of rural Taopi at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13th at St. Edward Catholic Church in Austin.  Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Adams.  Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12th at the Clasen/Jordan Mortuary in Austin, and will continue on Friday morning from 10-11:00 a.m. at the church on Friday morning.

 

A memorial service will be held for Wendy May Koster, age 49 of Austin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13th at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin.  Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place at a later date.  

 

A memorial service will be held for Gaylord Oliver Tollefson, age 85 of Blooming Prairie at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14th at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, with interment in the Blooming Prairie City Cemetery.  

 

Funeral services will be held for Lois Beth Hesla, age 97 of Austin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14th at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.  Some of the family request that guests wear masks since vulnerable people will be present.

 

A funeral service will be held for Maynard Arnold Hodnefield, age 92 of Austin will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 14th at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.  Visitation will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13th at the Worlein Funeral home in Austin, and will continue for one hour prior to the service on Saturday afternoon.  

 

A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date for Donald “Don” Richard Fox, age 86 of Austin at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin.  Visitation will take place at a later date,and interment will be held at a later date at Calvary Cemetery in Rochester.  In honor of Don’s love for the color red and the Austin Packers, his family invites you to wear red to his services.
