Four different individuals arrested during a raid by law enforcement at a residence in the 900 block of 14th Avenue Northeast in Austin early on the morning of January 17th received criminal charges last week in Mower County District Court.

Arett Embrickson Mead Salinas

43-year old Andrew Vernon Arett of Austin has been charged with felonies for being a violent felon in possession of a firearm, being a violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition, second-degree drugs, possession of 10 grams or more of methamphetamine and a firearm and third-degree drugs, possession of 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin.  

35-year old Daniel Patrick Embrickson of Austin has been charged with a felony for third-degree drugs, possession of 10 grams or more or a narcotic drug other than heroin, a felony for fifth-degree drug possession, a gross misdemeanor for being a user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm and a petty misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.

36-year old Rose Ann Marie Mead of Elkton and 37-year old Ernesto Angel Salinas of Austin were both charged with felony fifth-degree drug possession.  All four are scheduled to make their next appearance in Mower County District Court on February 10th.
