Faribault man sentenced to prison time on felony charge for failure to appear in Mower County District Court

A Faribault man who failed to appear in Mower County District Court on January 4th for sentencing on felony charges of 3rd degree drug possession, theft and being a violent felon in possession of a firearm has been sentenced to prison time.

37-year old Anthony Barrett Graham was sentenced Thursday to 22 months in prison and just over $1,000 in fines and fees for a felony charge for failure to appear in court.  Graham first pleaded guilty to the charge on June 21, and he was convicted the same day.

A felony escape from custody charge in the case was dismissed with Graham’s guilty plea.
