On Monday, February 24th, U.S. Rep. Angie Craig will convene a conversation with the Minnesota Farm Bureau, Minnesota Farmer’s Union and businesses in the wine industry, e-commerce, and trucking to discuss how USMCA impacts their businesses.

Rep. Craig worked for months to help finalize a final trade agreement that is good for family farmers and protects American workers – without providing a hand out to prescription drug companies. She met several times with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and led a group of over 100 Members of Congress in pushing back on a provision advocated by Big Pharma that would have extended market exclusivity on biologic drugs in the agreement. It was removed from the final trade deal.
