“Circle Me” Bert Blyleven steps away from Twins television

Longtime Twins broadcaster Bert Blyleven will step away from the team’s TV broadcasts and into the front office.

Blyleven was a fan favorite on the field, and has become an equally beloved part of the team’s on-screen presence since he began providing television commentary for Twins games in 1996.

The Twins organization made the announcement public on social media on Wednesday.
