Chicago man facing criminal sexual conduct charges in Mower County District Court

A Chicago man who allegedly touched a 15-year-old girl in an inappropriate manner on the afternoon of August 13th at a business in the 1400 block of 14th Street Northwest in Austin has been charged in Mower County District Court.

30-year old Deronti Justin Turks was charged Friday with a felony for 4th degree criminal sexual conduct, victim 13-15, actor more than 48 months older and a gross misdemeanor for 5th degree criminal sexual conduct, nonconsensual sexual contact.

Turks is currently awaiting disposition on a charge of violating a domestic abuse no contact order, and his next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for August 27th.
