Chatfield woman sentenced to supervised probation and jail time on felony drug posession charge in Mower County

A Chatfield woman who pled guilty to a felony drug possession charge in Mower County District Court has been sentenced.

43-year old Jessica Jean Larid was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and 90 days in jail for a felony 5th degree drug possession charge.  Larid was given credit for 11 days already served, and a prison sentence of one year and one day was stayed for five years if she adheres to the conditions of her probation.  

A gross misdemeanor charge of 5th degree drug possession and petty misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of a small amount of marijuana in the case were dismissed with Larid’s guilty plea in the case.
