The Austin Packers girls’ basketball team was on the road Monday evening at Owatonna versus the Huskies in a Big 9 Conference matchup, and for the second time this season, Hope Dudycha erupted for 32 points in a game to help the Packers upend the Huskies 59-45.

Dudycha also tallied 32 points in an Austin win over Northfield back on January 28th, and sister Emma was the other Packer in double figures Monday night with 11 points.  Elyse Hebrink chipped in six points in the win for Austin, Reana Schmitt and Olivia Walsh each tallied four points and Cassidy Schute tallied two points in  the win for the Packers, who led 29-18 at the half on their way to the win.

Austin raises their record to 5-2 with the win, and the Packers return to action in Rochester Friday evening for a matchup with the John Marshall Rockets, with the B-Squad tip-off scheduled for 6:00 p.m., and the varsity tip set for 7:30 p.m.
