Austin Packers Dance Team headed back to state in high kick

The Austin Packers Dance Team was in action at the Section 1AA Dance Meet in Winona on Saturday,  and for the 20th straight year, Austin will be competing at the State Dance Meet in high kick.

The Packers were first in high kick with a ranking total of four, followed by Faribault in second with a ranking total of nine, and New Prague took third in high kick with a ranking total of 10.

In jazz, Faribault took first with a ranking total of 5.5, followed by New Prauge in second with a ranking total of seven, and Two Rivers was third with a ranking total  of 8.5 .  Both New Prauge and Two Rivers were new to Section 1AA  this season.

The Packers will be competing in the high kick portion of the State Dance Meet at Target Center in Minneapolis on Saturday, February 19th.
