Emmanuel Manyuon piled up 32 points, including five 3-pointers, four rebounds, four steals and two assists, plus Okey Okey added 22 points of his own to go with five rebounds, six assists and three steals to help lead the Austin Packers boys’ basketball team to an 82-44 win in Faribault Tuesday evening.

Manyuon scored on a pair of layups and a 3-pointer to help boost Austin to a 15-0 lead to start the game.  Okey and Gage Manahan each swished 3-pointers as the Packers increased their lead to 23-3, and another three later from Manyuon just before the first half buzzer made the score 39-20 in favor of the Packers at the halftime break.  A layup from Okey finished off a 14-7 Packer run to open the second half to make the score 53-27, and a 3-pointer from Manyuon later capped off a 14-6 Austin run to increase the Packer lead to 67-33 on their way to the win.

Teyghan Hovland added seven points and three steals, Kaden Murkey chipped in with six points and Victor Idris tallied four points and led the squad in rebounds with seven.  John Palmer had a monster game for Faribault in the losing effort with 30 points, including six 3-pointers, six rebounds and two steals.
