Austin man sentenced to supervised probation for violating a harrassment restraining order

An Austin man who was convicted in April in Mower County District Court on a felony charge of violating a harassment restraining order has been sentenced to supervised probation.

46-year old Kelly Stewart Pirgmantgen was sentenced last Thursday for five years of supervised probation for a felony charge of violating a harassment restraining order, two or more priors.  A 21-month prison sentence was stayed for five years if Pirgmantgen complies with the terms of his probation, and he was given credit for 72 days already served in jail.  

Pirgmantgen pleaded guilty to the charge on April 30th.
