Austin man sentenced to supervised probation for aggravated robbery charge in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who robbed three men of $200 each at gunpoint at a northeast Austin gas station late on the evening of May 22nd has been sentenced to supervised probation in Mower County District Court.

Davis

22-year old Antoine Davis was sentenced Monday to 15 years of supervised probation for a felony charge of 2nd degree aggravated robbery. Davis received credit for 59 days already served.  Judge Kevin Siefken determined that Davis must follow 21 different conditions while on probation.  If Davis fails to follow the conditions, he could serve 25 months in prison.
