Austin man sentenced to prison time on felony violating an order for protection charge in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who had been sentenced to 25 years of supervised probation in Mower County District Court in April of 2019 for a felony charge of 2nd degree drugs, sale of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period has now been sentenced to prison time.

22-year old Christian Andres Wilborn was sentenced Friday to two years in prison for a felony charge of violating an order for protection. Wilborn first pleaded guilty to the charge which stemmed from an incident in May of 2020 on June 11th of that year, and he was convicted the same day.
