Austin man sentenced to prison time on felony DANCO charge in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who pleaded guilty to a felony charge of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order in early July has been sentenced to prison time in Mower County District Court.

53-year old William Marshall Johnson was convicted and sentenced Thursday to 21 months in prison for a felony charge of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order.  Johnson was also sentenced to 21 months in prison in Mower County District Court in September of 2018 for a felony domestic assault charge after an incident in Austin in July of that year.

Johnson pleaded guilty to the felony violating a domestic abuse no-contact order charge on July 2nd.
