Austin man facing two felony domestic assault charges after October 16th incident

An Austin man who allegedly caused injuries to a woman’s head, neck, throat and foot during a domestic incident at a residence on the 300 block of 2nd Avenue Southwest on the morning of October 16th has been charged with two felonies in Mower County District Court.

26-year old Dallas Aaron Ball was charged Thursday with a felony for domestic assault and a felony for domestic assault by strangulation.  

Ball’s next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for October 31st.
