Austin man facing two felony criminal sexual conduct charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year old girl starting when she was 13 and continued into early 2020 has been charged with two felonies in Mower County District Court.

21-year old Terry Antonio Conde was charged Thursday with a felony for 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 16 years or age, significant relationship, multiple acts and felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct, sexual contact with a child under 16 years of age, multiple acts.

Conde’s next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for September 21st.
