Austin man facing two felony criminal sexual conduct charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old girl on two different occasions has pleaded not guilty in Mower County District Court.

32-year old Tar Eh Ghay, has been charged with two counts of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct, significant relationship, victim under 16 years of age. 

A pre-trial hearing for Ghay in Mower County District Court has been scheduled for April 9.
