Austin man facing several felony criminal sexual contact charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who allegedly sexually abused a 17-year old female when she was 15 has been charged with several felonies in Mower County District Court.

33-year old Giovanni German Vasquez Rosales was charged Thursday with a felony for second-degree criminal sexual conduct, victim under 16 years of age, significant relationship, multiple acts, three counts of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct, victim under 16 years of age, significant relationship and three counts of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct, victim under 16 years of age, position of authority.  

Rosales pled not guilty to all charges, and a pre-trial has been scheduled for April 17th in Mower County District Court.  A jury trial has been scheduled for April 27th.
