Austin man facing felony escape from custody charge

An Austin man who was furloughed from a drug treatment program earlier this year, but who allegedly failed to report to an area drug treatment facility has been charged in Mower County District Court.

20-year old Cody James Bale was charged Tuesday with a felony for escape from custody.  Bale, who was arrested early Tuesday morning is scheduled to make his next appearance in Mower County District Court on October 5th.
