Austin man facing felony assault charge in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who allegedly struck another man on a bicycle intentionally with a motor vehicle on the evening of May 4th in the 700 block of 10th Street Northeast has been charged  in Mower County District Court.

Bruton

42-year old Meless Lamar Bruton was charged Wednesday with a felony for 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor for driving after revocation.  A future court date for Bruton had not been scheduled at last word due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on the Minnesota court system.
