Austin man facing disorderly conduct, dangerous weapon charges in Mower County District Court

An Austin man who was arrested Thursday after authorities received a call concerning an individual pointing a gun at someone in the backyard of a residence in the 500 block of 5th Avenue Northwest. was charged Friday in Mower County District Court.

33-year-old Pedro Leon Padron has been charged with a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct, offensive /abusive/noisy/obscene and a misdemeanor for dangerous weapon, prohibited acts.  Padron pleaded not guilty to both charges, and a future court date was not determined at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
