The LeRoy-Ostrander boys basketball team was in action at home Monday evening against Winona Cotter, and Riley Olson lit up the scoreboard with 46 points and Tanner Olson added 20 of his own as the Cardinals exploded for 60 second-half points in a 103-84 win.

Besides the Olsons, Chase Johnson was also in double figures with 12 points, Andrew Lohuis added eight points, Levi Royston chipped in with seven points and Dakota Stoopes scored six points in the win for LeRoy/Ostrander, who are now 9-12 overall on the season.  The Cardinals are right back into action tonight in Mabel against Mabel/Canton, with tip-off at 7:15 p.m.

The Lyle/Pacelli Athletics were at home Monday evening against a strong squad from Truman/ML/GHEC, and Jed Nelson led three Athletics in double figures with 19 points as LP down the Jaguars 66-59.

Sophomore Buay Koak added 18 points in the win, while Cole Walter contributed 12 points, four assists and three steals in the win for Lyle/Pacelli, who moved to 13-6 overall on the season with the win.  The Athletics will wrap up a five-game homestand Friday night when they host the Houston Hurricanes, with tip-off at All Saints Arena at 7:15 p.m.

In Adams, the Southland Rebels played host to LaCrescent in a Three Rivers Conference matchup, and the Lancers posted a 46-24 lead at the half on their way to an 86-55 win.

Eli Wolff had 11 points for the Rebels, while Nick Boe added nine points, Carter Schmitz chipped in with eight, Brendan Kennedy and Daniel Boe each tallied seven points and Matt Mueller added five in the loss for Southland, who drop to 4-7 in the Three Rivers Conference and 8-9 overall on the season.   The Rebels are back into action tonight at home against Hayfield, with varsity tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
