Albert Lea semi driver injured in one-vehicle, rollover-type accident on Highway 15 in Martin County early Friday morning

A semi driver from Albert Lea was injured in a one-vehicle, rollover-type accident on Highway 15 in Martin County early Friday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a 2016 Freightliner semi truck and trailer being driven by a 49-year old man from Albert Lea was northbound on Highway 15 at approximately 3:36 a.m. Friday morning when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled over at the intersection with 160th St.

The man, whose name will be released late Friday evening was injured, and the Fairmont Police Department, Fairmont Fire and Rescue, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office and Mayo Clinic Health System Ambulance all assisted the State Patrol at the accident scene early Friday morning.
