The Austin boys swimming and diving team traveled to the Hutchinson Invitational Saturday and tallied 351 team points to come home with third place.  The host Tigers were second with 482 points while Rosemount took first with 537.5 points.

For the Packers, the 200-yard medley relay team of Rafe Dolan Peterson, Logan Kelly, Trey Meyers and Aaron Knoll took first with a time of 1:41.37, and Dolan Peterson was second in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:54.24.  In the 200 individual medley, Myers was second with a finishing time of 2:09.53 Knoll was third in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.85.

In the diving competition, Riley Ferguson was third with a score of 150, and Myers was first for Austin in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 56.06.   and the 200-yard freestyle relay team of Myers, Winston Walkup, Tate Miller and Kelly took first.  Kelly was third in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:11.01 and the 200 freestyle relay team of Myers, Winston Walkup, Tate Miller and Logan Kelly was first with a time of 1:36.79.  Dolan Peterson took first for the Packers  in the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.98 and Kelly was first in the 100 breaststroke with a final time of 59.65.

The Packers are back in action on Tuesday for a Big 9 meet in Rochester with Century and Mayo at 6:30 p.m.
