One person is dead after a head-on vehicle collision in Freeborn County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am was traveling northbound on Highway 13 when it collided with a 2005 International semi at milepost nine near Manchester Wednesday morning just after ten o’clock.

The driver of the semi, a 41-year old Kasson man, emerged from the accident uninjured. The driver of the Grand Am, 27-year old Felicity A. Mathieu of Alden, died in the crash. The MSP says she was not wearing a seatbelt.
